Dr Alastair Clark trains other doctors in this country in the art and science of aesthetic injection techniques and designs and delivers courses in this discipline.

Dr Clark was installed in October 2007 as one of twenty international Global Trainers to give instruction to doctors internationally. He is the only South African to have achieved this.

Dr Clark has presented and given live demonstrations at numerous international congresses in Europe, Asia and South Africa. He is currently the Head National Key Opinion Leader for Silhouette Soft threadlifts of Sinclair Laboratories. He also served as International Key Opinion Leader and Trainer for Restylane.

Dr Clark has presented on the international stage for the following aesthetic companies: Galderma, Restylane – Global International KOL, Silhouette Softlift – National Head KOL, Myoscience Iovera – National KOL, Genop Healthcare, Sinclair Medical, Palomar Medical Technologies Inc., Filorga Laboratories, Syneron/Candela Medical Ltd., Radiant Healthcare.
