Sandton Aesthetic Institute CC (registration number CK2009/203148/23) (Sandton Aesthetic) is a close corporation which sells skin and beauty products online.
2 What personal information we collect and why?
2.1 When you register on our Website, you will be required to provide us with the following personal information:
(1) name and surname;
(2) email address;
(3) contact number; and
(4) billing and delivery address
2.2 When you order products from us, you will need to provide your physical address so that we are able to deliver them to you.
2.3 If your personal information changes, please log onto your account on the Website, select the edit tab and update your information.
2.4 We process your personal information for the purposes of administering our relationship with you, processing product orders, returns and refunds and responding to enquiries and complaints.
2.5 Your personal information may also be used for statistical and research purposes, but will be anonymised for this purpose.
If you have ordered products from us, we may send you marketing communications and advertisements about our other products and services. If you have not ordered products from us but wish to receive our communications, please sign up for our newsletter from the link provided on the top menu of the website. You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time by unsubscribing from our mailing list using the unsubscribe option located below all email communications.
4. Sensitive information
If you complete our online skin assessment, or contact us for advice relating to product orders, you may be asked to provide personal information relating to your health. By providing this information, you consent to us processing it for the purpose of facilitating your assessment or responding to your query. We will not use this information for any other purpose and will not share it with third parties.
We will not request other sensitive information from you, including personal information relating to race, religion, political persuasion, trade union membership, sex life, criminal behaviour or biometric information (such as fingerprints).
5. Do we share your personal information with third parties?
5.1 We may disclose your personal information to a limited number of our employees and third party service providers (other than those who we refer you too), who assist us to interact with you. For example, couriers who deliver products ordered by you and collect product returns.
5.2 We may be required to disclose your personal information if required to comply with applicable law or an order of court.
5.3 We will never sell your personal information.
