- We currently only deliver within South Africa.
- Delivery is free for orders in excess of R500 and a flat courier fee of R150 applies to orders below R500.
- We use a third party courier to deliver your products. We may choose to use an alternative courier at any time.
- Delivery within a metropolitan area will typically take place within 3 working days.
- Delivery to a regional or remote area will typically take 3 to 6 working days.
Collect Your Order
You also have the option to collect your order at Sandton Aesthetic Institute. Our address is Parkmore Medical Centre, 127 Tenth Street, Parkmore (Sandton).
Delivery to Remoe Areas
Delivery to very remote areas, not serviced by the courier, will be made to the nearest Post Office or to the nearest town accessible to you within the courier’s routes. In this case we will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
We do not deliver to farms, military bases, major chain stores, power stations, game reserves, remote lodges, airports or harbours. In this case we will deliver the product to your nearest Post Office and contact you to let you know.
Product Returns & Refunds
You can return an unwanted product if:
- it is unopened, undamaged and unused;
- it is in its original packaging;
- it is not missing any accessories; and
- you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery of the products to you.
- No returns of unwanted products will be accepted after 7 days,
If you return an unwanted product, we will refund you the full purchase price or, if you prefer issue you with a credit note which you can use to buy other products on the Website. Your refund or credit note will be provided within 30 days of our receipt of the returned products. You will be responsible for the transportation costs for returning purchased products.
Defective or faulty products
If you receive a defective or faulty product, please inform us as soon as is reasonably possible, within 1 week of delivery. No returns of defective products will be considered after 1 week.
You must contact us at email@example.com and we will collect the defective product from you at no charge.
After inspection of the defective product and validation of the claim, we will at your election either:
- replace or exchange the product; or
- refund you the full purchase price.
For all returns, we recommend that you use a courier that offers a tracking facility. If you do not do so and the goods are lost then no return or refund will be considered.
When returning a product you must ensure that:
- the product is packaged safely for protection during transportation;
- your reference number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel; and
- all accessories that accompanied the product are included.
