Also, do not miss our third article which will explain how the Skin Tech TCA peel can improve stretch marks and how it complements the first two steps of the protocol perfectly.

Before we get started, we wanted to remind you about the Stretch Marks Special that enables you to undergo this three treatments protocol at a 15% discount. We introduced this special in this article, have you read it?

How does the dermapen work on stretch marks?

Skin needling using the Dermapen is one of the most effective available treatments for stretch marks. Indeed, at SAI we love using the Dermapen to erase the appearance of stretch marks because it is based on the science of collagen induction therapy. The fragmented delivery of fractional micro needles enhances your skin’s ability to repair the damaged cells by stimulating collagen and elastin production, giving you back smooth and healthy coloured skin.

The Dermapen penetrates the skin from 20 to 90 times per second with an adjustable speed, and from a .25mm to 2mm depth, depending on the area being treated. There is minimal downtime and anaesthetic cream is used prior to treatment.

Skin needling is a safe, precise and predictable procedure that does not require the removal of healthy epidermis which means that it offers a rapid healing time.

Undergoing a TCA peel is the third and last step of our stretch marks trio treatment plan as it will further improve your skin by providing some light epidermal exfoliation to soften the appearance of the stretch marks.

Of course, the Dermapen is not only used for stretch marks! It is a very versatile tool that our patients have been loving! See what else it can do here.

At SAI, we are completely focused on you as an individual and we always strive to give you the finest end result that exceeds your expectations and makes you feel confident about your body.
