14th Aesthetic & Anti-aging Medicine World Congress

Being hosted toward the end of March & early April, Dr Clark & Dr Marks have highlighted elements within the AMWC 2016 Congress that have caught their eye. These are the elements, in their opinion, that will make waves in the aesthetic medicine industry over the next few years, and within the clinical space of SAI.

  • Profiloplasty – additional techniques to improve the non-surgical nose treatments. The key element is improved patient safety treatment effectiveness while performing nose lifts and similar nose corrective treatments.
  • Dark circles under the eyes: classification, identification & treatment. This course will improve the ability to treat the different classifications causing the dark circles for improved results and longevity.
  • Male treatments – the male anatomy & improved techniques to achieve the most common male aesthetic requests. This is the fastest growing demographic at SAI.
  • Preventative medicine – diet, hormones, exercise & the anti-ageing patient. Advancements in holistic treatment of patients. This includes advice on when patients should start treatment & what treatments work best.
  • Stem cells & genetics in anti-ageing – epigenetic stem cells, gene tests & improving patient outcome. This is particularly interesting speciality within aesthetic medicine & will continue to break new ground until it becomes the benchmark to anti-ageing treatments.

Of course Dr Clark & Dr Marks will be at AMWC 2016 representing Silhouette Soft Thread lifts and they will be contributing to the faculty with improved techniques and multiple anchor points in thread lifting and they will no doubt bring new knowledge & techniques back to SAI in April.

If you would like to book your appointment with either Dr Clark or Dr Marks to find out more about these game-changing new treatments, call SAI Sandton on 011 883 3116 or SAI Waterkloof on 012 460 7047.
